Displays real-time attendance logs (clock in/out) captured via the mobile app, provides tools for timesheet upload and other details related to attendance.
Review the details, such as:
Employee name and ID
Actual clock in and out
Assigned location and its location type
Health status
Attendance source
Note: You may view the complete attendance details by clicking the specific date and time records.
Use the filter options to narrow down the report:
Click Filter icon
Select any of the following:
Organization: location, department, position, group
Employee Set-up: account status, employment type, employment status
Employee
Export the Report (Optional)
Filter the employee details (optional)
Click Calendar Icon, then enter the date range: start and end date.
Click the Filter button.
Click the Export button.
Go to Manage Attendance
Click Attendance Records
Click the Action button, then select any of the following:
Timesheet Import
This import is for non-mobile app users.
Mobile App Import
This import is for mobile app users who have not recorded their attendance via the mobile app.
DTR Import
Transfer the employee DTR via the timesheet import template.
Select the DTR import type (timesheet or mobile app import)
Click Select File.
Download the template file.
Populate the data in the file (employee actual DTR).
Timesheet template fields:
employee_id
The employee number given by HR. This links the timesheet record to the corresponding employee profile.
employee_name
The full name of the employee (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name).
Used for easy identification and report readability.
schedule_id
The assigned work schedule ID that determines the employee’s expected shift, work hours, and rest days.
Refer to Schedule worksheet to get the ID.
date_clock_in_at
The date when the employee clocked in, in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy (e.g., 09-05-2025).
Represents the start of the schedule.
time_clock_in_at
The exact time when the employee clocked in for duty, in the following format: hh:mm AM or PM (e.g., 08:00 AM).
Used to determine tardiness or on-time attendance.
date_clock_out_at
The date when the employee clocked out, in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy (e.g., 09-05-2025).
Usually the same as the clock-in date unless the shift extends past midnight.
time_clock_out_at
The exact time when the employee clocked out for duty, in the following format: hh:mm AM or PM (e.g., 05:00 PM).
Used to compute total working hours and undertime.
ot_start_date
The date when the employee started working overtime.
Required if overtime was rendered after the regular shift.
ot_start_time
The exact time when overtime started.
Used to compute total overtime hours and corresponding pay.
total_ot
The total number of approved overtime hours worked by the employee for the given day.
Upload the accomplished timesheet file by clicking the Choose file button.
Preview the uploaded timesheet.
Verify the details
If there are no errors, complete the timesheet upload by clicking the Import button.
Otherwise, review the error, reload, or click the Clear button to reset the timesheet import.
Finally, re-upload the file.
