HR will send your GEMS code username and password to your corporate email address.
Existing employee
HR will send your GEMS code, username and password to your corporate email address.
Create a ticket to retrieve your account.
For first time log-in:
Enter the company code, employee ID, and temporary password.
Create a new password.
Create a 6-digit PIN.
Enable mobile app biometrics.
Log in again using the new credentials.
For succeeding log-ins:

Created PIN
Biometrics
Via Admin
Create a ticket to retrieve your password. Admin will generate the new password, which will be sent to your corporate email address.
Via Log in
Go to the Login screen and tap "Use Password."
Tap "Forgot Password."
Enter your registered email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
Check your email and enter the OTP to verify the password reset request.
Complete the process to set your new password.
Go to the Login screen and tap "Use PIN."
Tap "Forgot PIN."
Enter your registered email address to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).
Check your email and enter the OTP to verify the PIN reset request.
Complete the process to set your new PIN.
During the first log-in, the biometric authentication must be enabled.
If not enabled, log in to the GEMS mobile app, go to My Account, and toggle on the button to enable the use of biometrics.
On the login page, tap the fingerprint icon
Choose between fingerprint or face recognition
Complete the verification
Click Submit

Enter PIN
Click Submit
