During the first mobile app access, the location access is being asked.

1. Click Continue to proceed.

2. The system displays the question, "Allow GEMS to access this device's location?"

3. Choose "While using the app." Clicking this will grant the location access.

4.  Log-in again to continue.

Note: If the location permission has been removed or denied, follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings

2. Go to the Settings app on your device.

3. Find the GEMS app.

4. Scroll down and select the app you want to enable location permissions for.

5. Location Settings:

6. Tap on Location.

7. Choose Permission Level:

8. Select the desired permission option:

9. While Using the App: Location is accessed only when the app is open.

10. Always: Location is accessed at all times, even in the background.

During the mobile app access, the GPS has been disabled.

1. Upon clocking in or out, the system detects if the GPS is disabled.

2. A notification will be displayed.

3. To continue clocking in, turn on the GPS or click the Enable GPS button.

4. Once done, clocking in or out will be completed.

Note: Also, make sure to turn on your GPS location and allow location permission.
